MOBILE TICKET DIRECTIONS 

This year there will not be physical tickets. Bring a digital copy of your order confirmation or an email receipt to the theater and an ID to show upon entry. 

You may also ask for tickets under someone else’s name with an ID.

  • Upon purchase, guests are emailed an order confirmation.

  • Save or download the email order confirmation to your phone.

  • For entry, present this at the box office 30 minutes before the screening start time.

ONE TICKET, ONE SCREENING

All guests will check in at the box office upon entering the theater for entry. One ticket admits one guest per screening.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?

  • Tickets/ Passes may be picked up at a box office location during operating hours of the festival.

  • We advise the ticket purchaser, if present, to check in for their group. 

  • If you gift your ticket purchases to another patron:

    • Supply other parties with your full name.

    • Kindly, forward them the order confirmation.

  • Have a photo ID for identification purposes.

FESTIVAL ETIQUETTE

  • Saving places between shows is not allowed. 

  • If you need to leave the auditorium, for any reason, take your ticket stub or pass with you and get a stamp to be re-admitted.

  • No recording equipment is permitted in the theatre auditorium. 

  • Please turn off all cell phones and mobile devices during the film presentation. 

  • For the pleasure of all guests, keep conversation to a minimum during the screening.

  • Please discard your trash and exit promptly after each screening. 

  • All theatre auditoriums are cleared between show times. 

  • Dress for comfort, as it can get hot inside and cold in the evenings.

  • No outside food or drinks are permitted in the festival theatres.

  • Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the concession stand.

  • No large bags are permitted inside venues.

  • All bags are subject to be searched by festival and venue staff.

RUSH LINE

All Festival screenings are Rush-eligible. We do our best to accommodate everyone.

  • Fifteen minutes before the event start time, the Front of House staff counts the empty seats in the cinema.

  • Rush Line tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cash payment is required for rush tickets. 

We recommend arriving no earlier than 60 minutes before each screening to join the Rush Line.

Please note that being in the Rush Line does not guarantee a ticket to the screening.

WHAT IF THERE ARE NO TICKETS AVAILABLE?

We encourage you to come to the theatre!

Join the Rush Line which opens 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

By purchasing/receiving admission to BBFF and attending our screening(s) or event(s), you irrevocably grant BBFF all rights to audio and visual recordings made of you and the use of your name, likeness, and performance throughout the world in perpetuity in all media now or hereafter known, for any uses, including commercial and advertising, promotional uses through social media, website postings or any other form of media outlet without any payment to or approval from you.

You hereby waive any claim against BBFF and its designees resulting from the use of the recordings or other rights granted by you.

Patrons voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to Festival events, whether occurring before, during, or after the event or any other event connected to the festival.

Patrons voluntarily agree that Beach Break Entertainment Film Festival and its facilities, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, supervisors, volunteers, and respective agents are expressly released from any injuries or claims arising from any Cinema and/or Festival event.
